Saturday, May 7, 2011

The NHL ought to pay writer Rachel Gibson big bucks.

Her addictive series about a fictional pro hockey team called the Seattle Chinooks makes men on ice the hottest hunks in contemporary romance today.

In Any Man of Mine, the sixth novel in the series, Gibson tells the story of how hockey player Sam LeClaire comes to terms with his past so he can make peace with the bride he abandoned in Las Vegas the morning after their impulsive marriage.

Left bewildered, heartbroken and pregnant by Sam, Autumn Haven has gone on to make a life for herself and their now-5-year-old son, Conner, as an event planner.
